29th annual Fulton Lions Charby's Duck Derby on the Oswego River in Fulton, NY. More than 3,500 ducks "race" to the finish line with a top prize of $2,500. All proceeds benefit the Fulton Lions Club's efforts for assisting those with sight and hearing disabilities in the Fulton community.
