“Our headliner, Milo Johnson had our audience in stitches at our last comedy night,” said Linda Hughes, event co-chair. “This year, we’re delighted to welcome nationally famous comedian Nick Marra, and everyone in Central NY knows Gomez Adams from his many years in local radio and on the comedy circuit.”

Nick Marra has been entertaining crowds with his down-to-earth comedy for over 20 years. Drawing on his experiences from growing up in an Italian Catholic home, to his current family comprised of two sons in their mid- and late 20s and one teenaged daughter, audiences easily relate to his quirky observations. He is an author, known for “Rants, Raves & Tweets,” as well as a radio personality and motivational speaker. He has appeared in the 2017 ESPY Awards pre-show, the Lucille Ball Comedy Festival, Syracuse’s Funny Bone Comedy Club, Dangerfield’s in New York, and Good Morning America:Up All Night, among other national venues. Bill Bonnell, producer for ABC/ESPN television networks said: “Nick Marr is a throwback. That’s what I love about Nick. It’s like he parachuted in from another time and place…It’s good to know that there’s still a comedian out there like Nick that represents those days gone by. He never disappoints!”

Glen “Gomez” Adams is from Marcellus and he has been a fixture in local media since 1981.
